• Georgia 30%
• Maryland 30%
• South Carolina 29%
• Alabama 26%
• North Carolina 21%

Probably the most entertaining place would be New Orleans, Louisiana ... they got everything there: good food, great bars (Bourbon Street), exceptional restaurants, fine motels ... one of my favorite places to go. Plus, black folks make up over 60% of the entire population in New Orleans.
