The Secret to Living Happily Ever After

Helen Keller once said that "happiness is not attained through self-gratifications, but through fidelity to worthy purposes." Who better to know that than a person who was blind & deaf?
Money and power are materialistic and only give the illusion of happiness. They simply stir up emotional undesirables such as greed, jealousy, envy, etc. I've known of a lot of people with wealth & power, who were some of the unhappiest people walking the earth.
Buddha says the only true happiness is by reaching "nirvana" ... by giving up all material wealth & possessions to allow one to focus on their spiritual happiness.
