Alot of people have been asking me for my advice and tips on a work-out regime and nutritional diet for a Bull, a Hotwife/Girlfriend or just in general to be fit. The better your health, the better your sexual life, stamina, and power (LIBIDO). You could fuck longer all night into the morning and go multiple times.

I told them I would provide a Master Key guide based on my journey and successes in life to help them unlock all doors and secrets to achieving a successful and healthy life for themselves. This will be a great quick reference guide you can pull up that will have everything in one place for you.

INTRO: Health & Fitness (For Mind and Body)

First and foremost everything starts with your Brain/Mind which is the central processing system that runs the entire operation for your Body, soul, and life. Your Brain and Mind are two different things but we will get back to that later.

Screen Shot 2016-04-30 at 11.26.26 AM.png
This guide will give you those quick shortcuts (life hacks) to get 'IN' your central control center and use it to get more 'OUT' of your life and what you want in it.

It truly is Mind over Matter. You must chart a course in life. If you don't have some plan and course charted on where you want to go then it doesn't matter much where you will end up but you could end up in a place or condition that you don't want to be in the end.

It is our planning and direction we take not our desire or hopes that ultimately determines our destination and destiny in life.

Life is a story, not just a series of events and in the book of life you are your own author of your journey. The pages of yesterday are already written, the pages of today are still being written and the pages of tomorrow are yet to be written.

When the final chapter in the book of your life is closed what would have been written about what your life amounted to? How will your life finish and what will be written on your obituary page, your epitaph, and your tombstone?

The transformation of your life, and world around you begins with'IN' first. As Gandhi had said "you must be the change you want to see in the world" and as Michael Jackson sung "I'm looking at the man in the mirror, I'm asking him to change his ways...". Profilic words of wisdom from two great men.

Our INner world and OUTter world are directly connected. We receive in our 'OUTter' life what we cultivate withIN our minds first. Then the actions we take physically IN our lives effect the world OUTside and around us. If you focus on the steps necessary it takes to be successful you will BE successful. Focus on failure or fail to take the steps necessary to succeed and your self-fulfilling prophecy will come true, you will fail.

As Budha had said:
"Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment."

"In every moment you are creating the life you are living by what you think and feel...
Create your life on purpose and be mindful of the thoughts you think and the words you speak." [3]

A successful life does not result from chance, fate, or good fortune, but from a succession of successful days lived in pursuit of a worthy purpose. This guide will help you set objectives, goals, and a style of life that you want.

Gain mastery of yourself and develop skills with dealing with obstacles that impede efforts to express your life vision. A personal vision encompasses goals and objectives and is tied to an “ultimate intrinsic desire.” It is tied to why you are alive, what you want to do with your life, what you were put on earth to do – “the purpose driven life.”

Anyone who fixes on a purpose and pursues it can become successful. Those who lead successful lives have made a disciplined effort to systematically pursue an objective rather than to drift about aimlessly with no objective.

I. Nutrition (What you eat for both your mind (knowledge) and body (food)

Excercise and Nutrition go hand and hand like two equal weights on opposite ends of the dumbbell. You must manage both.

But if you want to look good and manage having a healthy body composition, 80% of your results are determined by the food that you eat (nutritional diet) and 20% by working out (exercise routine).

People dig their graves with their forks. Years of leading an unhealthy lifestyle of poor nutritional diet choices leads to a poorer quality of health in later years in life not only to one's body and mind but also their pockets with high health care and prescription medicine costs.

Therefore we must start here and make sure we are following a great nutritional diet lifestyle.

Watching carbs, sugar, and counting calories are all essential. One less unnecessary calorie you add is one less you have to work harder to try to loose.

Take this chart for example:

II. Exercise (How you move your body physically, and how you exercise your Brain - Mentally)

Exercise the Body
* * WARNING, BEFORE TRYING THESE EXERCISES PLEASE CHOOSE AN ADEQUATE WEIGHT AND DO NOT OVER-STRAIN YOURSELF. YOU WANT THE PROPER FORM AND MOVEMENT TO THE EXERCISE, NOT HEAVY WEIGHTS WHICH COULD OVER-EXTEND AND CAUSE INJURIES TO YOUR BODY. * *

There are multiple routines one could come up with. Its good to consult a fitness trainer about what might be best for your life and time. I've done this before and it had helped tremendously.

I personally have an exercise routine where I do a full body work-out MON,WED,FRI and cardio (a good jog, run, swim) on TUE,THR,and SAT or SUN (most often Sunday). Working out in the bedroom counts for cardio too.

One quick Exercise routine you can perform at home, or at walmart (I do this alot while I'm waiting for an oil-change or to get a quick mid-day work-out since I'm out shopping and can't hit the Gym for the day) is to use some dumb-bell weights to work out as follows:

#1 - Dumbbell Bench Press

The Dumbbell Bench Press is one of the quintessential exercises one can do using dumbbells. Although it does require you to have access to a flat bench it remains one of the best ways to target your pectoral muscles (chest), your triceps, as well as your front deltoids (shoulders). [2]

#2 - Alternated Biceps Curl

The Alternated Biceps Curl is another classic dumbbell exercise that definitely belongs in this list. Although there are many variations of this basic exercise, the main benefit will remain to strengthen your biceps muscles and to a degree your forearms. [2]

You can perform this exercise by raising both dumbbells at the same; by keeping your palms facing each other throughout the movement for a Hammer Variation: [2-b]

5.gif

#3 - Shoulder Press

The Shoulder Press exercise can be done by raising your two hands at the same time or by pushing one hand up while lowering the other (alternating). It can also be done while sitting down if your ceiling is low or even with a back-supported vertical bench if you want to remove your back from the equation entirely. [2]

#4 - Triceps Kickback

The Triceps Kickback exercise is to triceps what the Biceps Curl is to biceps: its all time classic. While you will need to put your knee on a flat bench this setup will render performing the exercise very comfortable. [2]

#5 - Kneeling One Arm Row

The Kneeling One-Arm Row is probably the best back exercise one can do using a dumbbell. The action of putting your knee and hand on a flat bench will make targeting your middle back muscles (lats) very comfortable and effective. [2]

#6 - Lateral Raise

The Lateral Raise dumbbell exercise is the best way to specifically target your shoulder muscles, specifically your outer (middle) deltoid muscles. [2]

#7 - Lying Fly

The Lying Fly dumbbell exercise will also require you to have access to a flat bench but along with the Dumbbell Bench Press exercise at the top of the list represents one of the best ways to target your chest muscles. [2]

#8 - Upright Row

The Upright Row exercise is the last of the shoulder exercises to be included in this list and is the first one to bring in the upper back muscles, or trapezius to be specific. [2]

#9 - Stationary Lunge

While dumbbells are well adapted to strengthening the leg muscles these exercises are not always the most popular. However we think at least one such exercise belongs on this list. [2]

#10 - Toe Raise

Finally, the last exercise on the list is one that targets the muscles located in your lower legs, that is you calf muscles, or calves.

The Toe Raise is the most effective way to strengthen your calves which are solicited during normal daily activities and while engaging in a great variety of sports where running or jumping is involved. [2]

III. Rest (proper sleep for body/ and mind 'Meditation')

Proper Sleep for body/mind

* You owe it to yourself and other people whom you love, or work with the need and depend on you and vice-versa to be at your best everyday. This requires that you put your own health 1st and on the top of each days priority list. This is why it is so very important that you get adequate rest especially when performing the role as a Bull.

* You need the Physical and mental energy to be at your best everyday. When you need more energy, get more rest.

* To have great skin complexion, no bags and dark-circles under the eyes, make sure to have a good sleep schedule and remain consistently on it too.

* Every adult requires 7 to 8 hours of rest a night. A study at the UNIV of Pennsylvanian conducted a study which showed that long-term sleep deprivation can actually ******* brain-cells. [1]

* Scientific studies on mice on a manipulated sleep schedule which they did not receive adequate rest showed that their alertness and cognitive function abilities were greatly impaired. [1]

* "One less hour of sleep does not equal an extra hour of achievement or enjoyment always. Eventually somewhere you will pay for it." Yet people continue to sacrifice sleep before all else. [1]

* "The person you want flying your plane, operating on you during surgery, teaching your children, or leading your organization tomorrow is the one who sleeps soundly tonight." [1]

* Sleep related productivity loss costs about $2000 per a person a year, and leads to poorer performance and lower work quality. It's not always smart to brag and be proud of pulling an all-nighter for work.

* Getting fewer than 6hrs of sleep a night is also a higher risk-factor for burnout on the job. If you want to succeed on the job or at work make sure you work on getting the proper amount of rest.

* Professor K. Anders Ericsson's study titled 'The role of deliberate practice in the acquisition of expert performance (1993)" of elite performers to include musicians, athletes, actors, and chess players revealed that they got the proper amount of rest to maximize their achievements. [1]

* On avg. America's get 6 hours and 51 min. of sleep a weeknight where-as the elite-performers who are operated at peak-performance sleep 8 hours and 36min on avg. [1]

Meditation, proper rest for the mind

* It is good to undergo periods of fasting (from junk-food for the mind i.e. TV,Music) and perform meditation to cleanse the mind and soul.

*

How to Keep up your Sexual Libido (Putting It All-Together)

As adapted from another post, see reference at end.

A sure fire way to raise my libido and keep it high.

The method I've developed is divided into three different parts, which are:

physical,
cognitive,
freedom.

The first part 'physical', is made up of five principles, which are: consistent workouts, eat and ******* healthy, quality sleep, masturbate without ejaculation, and avoid medicine.

The second part 'cognitive', is made up of four principles, which are: read and write erotica, leave fantasies unfulfilled, look at pornography infrequently, and take care of your appearance.

The third part 'freedom', is made up of three principles, which are: avoid jealousy, explore sexy activities, and flirt with other women.

A prominent psychologist once gave a hopelessly depressed man homework to flirt with at least ten women every single day. Imagine the adrenaline rush that man must have had from coming out of his shell and expressing his sexuality with others. As he became more assured of himself I'm sure his quality of flirting, and subsequent confidence increased. This no doubt this led to an increase in his libido.

To make sure that I'm following all the principles in my program consistently I follow a very important 'to do list' that I made for myself:

Workout every-other day at home immediately after waking, by performing five full circuits made up of various body weight strength training exercises that work the entire body, followed by 30 minutes of low impact cardiovascular exercise.

Eat and ******* healthy by moderating my intake of caffeine, alcohol, sodium, saturated fat, highly processed carbohydrates, and sugary food. Get plenty of water, and nutrients.

Get eight hours of quality sleep everyday,
Masturbate daily trying not to ejaculate.
Avoid taking medication whenever possible.
Read and write erotica daily.
Avoid fulfilling some of my fantasies.
Look at pornography very infrequently.
Practice proper hygiene, get my hair styled, and wear fashionable clothing. Secretly accept my spouse and I as swingers.
Go out and do sexy activities.
Flirt with other women everyday.

I live, eat, and breathe these principles every minute of every day. They are my creed, and the blueprint for my life. I've memorized them and use them as my personal mantra.

Discovering the significance of the principles are one of the crowning achievements of my life, and I'm honored to have the opportunity to share them with you.

Final thoughts on Life, Success and what it all really means.

Below is a response to a post from someone who joined this site briefly and mentioned they were considering taking their own life. Please read and ponder on life's meaning.

My Response to the poster was to consider about the true meaning, value, and worth in life - and understanding its more than just about having material wealth as your Mental/Spiritual/Physical wealth is the greatest for without those things having all the money in the world is meaningless.

My dear man @DepressedWhite, first off I'm glad to hear your not depressed any longer (so you say) but your lashing out on here is still exhibiting a somewhat troublesome behavior.

Money is not the end all be all in life and the 'Fuck the world' attitude is not a healthy mindset to take as well. There are many things in life more important than money such as life itself and you can't put any price or value on that. Your life is important just as everyone's life is meaningful and has a purpose. Money helps to make one's life better but it will never buy you true happiness. Think about it, what does money bring you? Its only an instrument one uses to get other things such as materialistic items (cars, jewelry, homes, other luxury goods) but those possessions are only temporary, can be taken from you (robbery, natural disasters, financial ruin) and then you are left with nothing afterwards.

To make the acquisition of material items, having a belief that possessions will bring happiness, and a person's self-worth depends on material gains and success will not bring you long-lasting joy and total fulfillment in life. People can consume all of those things and still never be satisfied and always want more but can never have enough to truly make them actually feel happy and content. Its known as the hedonistic treadmill, you get caught like a rat on a running-wheel and it never ends.

What is more important is genuine connections, friendships, experiences in life that makes one truly happy and all of those things can not be taken from you (with the exception of death), and can be had without money ever brought into the equation.

I suggest you travel to other countries where people don't have alot of money, yet you can see where so long as they have all of their basic needs met, food-clothing-shelter-health-and family they are truly indeed very wealthy and happy. I have seen this with my own eyes and amazement and saw that those people where much happier than people who only sought to consume materialistic gains as their source for happiness.

One of the richest men in the world Warren Buffett put it this way:
"Of the billionaires I have known, money just brings out the basic traits in them. If they were jerks before they had money, they are simply jerks with a billion dollars."

I just simplify the saying to "money amplifies whats already within you". People will not remember you for how much money you had but for how you made them feel and what did you do to and for others. You will be remembered and judged on how you treated others. You make a living by what you earn and a life by what you return. What you give you get and you get what you give. Man makes the money, money doesn't make the man. Etc., etc. my point is that there are plenty of bad, sadistic people in this world and someone may have caused you a great deal of hurt, but its not going to make you feel any better nor make your outcome in life necessarily any better by going around screwing other people in return. That indeed is a trait of a sociopath and it will strain your relationships with all decent people who may genuinely care for you until everyone turns their back on you and you are left alone in life.

I am simply trying to impart some of that wisdom I learned on to you. To go out on a declared path of screwing over everyone else in life is not the best route in pursuit of one's happiness and you will find it will only bring you more misery and possibly even cost you your life if you cross the wrong people. As an example, I dated a girl who was poisoned by her ex-boyfriend and now she has episodic seizures for the rest of her life. See the movie 'hard candy' with Ellen Page (a gf of mine told me about checking it out) for another example of what happens to guys who screw over girls, women, etc.

In any event, I hope something i have written if you have even chosen to read this may soften your heart as I know its probably hardened after the heart-ache from your relationship and I get it because I have been there myself. I know that you are young and I always remind myself that I once felt just like you had at one point in my life as we are all human and experience similar feelings growing up and maturing. But as I grew older, and I was fortunate enough to survive from my crazy youth to mature, I learned more, I saw more, my eyes widened, and all of the accumulation of my life's experiences have made me much wiser for the better.

In the end, I'm glad you choose life, and not death, the light over the dark however don't continue to live your life spreading darkness (doom and gloom) to others now. These are the last words for me on this thread- I hope for the best in your life and that things turn out for the better with you.
