We have almost 10 years experiences of enjoying swingers club in Japan. Although most of these clubs are not opened for foreigners if they cannot speak Japanese, but we know some of them are available even for such people.
In Japan, there have two major types of swingers clubs;
1) Couple Kissa ... Most of them are prohibiting single males. Only couples and single females can be participated.
2) Happening Bar ... Couples, single males and single females can be participated.
As wife of us usually play with other males there, so we don't go to couple kissa but go to happening bar.

Generally, most of happening bars are not allowed to take any photos/videos inside. We only could take photos/videos for several bars as we were a long members of such bars and owners well trust us... it is not usual case.

Yes, we only know bars for foreigners can become members in Tokyo and Okinawa.
