It has to start at a local level. And not just in the sense of money; but in supporting black business, volunteering to do housework for blacks, etc

Well that’s the only true way to right the wrongs our ancestors made. Needs to be law white males must wear chastity cages and black men have to right to take white women for reparation payment
Next best thing to cash, but for any wealthy family that can pay they should and make every Black guy's life as blessed as Jeremy Meeks where he not only stole Chloe Green's heart but he got into a Billionaire heiress's family.

No. It makes them victims. Sensitive ones will not know if we bed them out of affection or lust, because we feel sorry or guilt and are not treating them as equals. Or some would say as superiors to honor.
