Well the parties I've been to have been about the action, but many many people mingled there as well. The only rules there were that if there was any sex, it was to be black on white! People chose partners based on personality connections, and certain... aesthetic qualities! It happened at a good friend's home. There were private rooms, but also more public places to have sex. Yes, I have checked out that site and others in the states that specialize in IR swinger parties like nasty in the nati and interracial kink. Also follow a few yahoo groups on the topic. Well for me, as someone who has promoted and hosted IR swinger parties, how we did it (my female partner and I)
They were held at upscale luxury double suites. We had rules that everyone must remove street clothes once they entered the party women in sexy lingerie or men in boxers or you could go totally nude. We had a living room sitting area
and a kitchen area for talking , mingling , and just to break the ice, even though just mingling usually didn't last for long.
We had rules established regarding no unwanted touching, no *******, hygiene and general rules of conduct. Both of the bedrooms were open with one with lights on and one with lights dimmed or dark, but no private rooms. Interesting thing is most the action usually went on in the room with the lights on, where everyone could see the action.
Our parties usually had about 10-15 couples, about 3-5 single females and about 20-30 BBC. We had very action oriented parties with lots and lots of action most times our parties would start around 9pm on would go on well into the morning 6-7am. There is nothing like a hot IR swinger party if done right,

Well as a IR party host it is always important that all my guess feel safe and comfortable at my parties, especially the women guess first and foremost.
