Well, of the 4 guys I've been with besides my hubby, 2 he knew about before and 2 happened spontaneously, but with his blanket blessing that whatever happens is ok. And i told him about it after.

So I guess I can't really answer the question because I will never be with someone that I won't tell my hubby about. I don't need to have that secret from him.
