Qos Tattoo Looking to get one done in GTA (Toronto) Recommedations?

Looking to get a Qos tattoo ASAP, anyone here had one done locally? or within 200-300 miles of Toronto?
I know most tattoo artists can do it.
Just looking for a good referral. & for someone that has done them before.
Have to go out and show it off this weekend
Was thinking of on the ankle/lower leg area. So everyone can see.
Black males opinion would be great on best location to get it done.

If you have a military base somewhere near you, you can take a tattoo sample, that you particularly like, and have the artist draw it up in the size you want; you'll likely get a very nice tattoo. Word gets around when the tattoo artist is either very good or very bad, so the bad ones don't last long on the military strips. Usually they post their artwork in their shops. So, how do you know IF the tattoo artist is good? If he's really good, he'll make an "appointment" with you to come back, as his current calendar will probably be filled.

Adrenaline Tattoos (Queen and University) is very good. My wife got her sleeve done there and was very happy with it.
