If you are a guy here(not couple) and your profile pic is a women you are confusing people that come across your profile. At least appear in the picture some how to indicate that's you with her. Even if there is a female there you should identify as couple. There is no need to boast about this is a woman that you have been with at some point in the past, no one here is counting or keeping score.
Not sure is if the site is willing to create a category for trangender or people unsure of there but if you are a male you should acknowledge it and inform people thought talk to that you are. Honesty goes a long way and there is no need to try and trick others into believing you're something you're not.
