We are interested in knowing which is the level of usage and knowledge of PrEP Prophylaxis for HIV prevention.
We are planning a long stay in Western Africa and being used to dare bareback in Europe, we are thinking if we can manage increased risk for HIV with this prophylaxis. We would like not to protect with condom, raw sex has been our style for for cuckolding for a long period, so PrEP seem to us very effective if taken 7 days per week and for long periods, maybe with short breaks.
Anybody can tell her experience?
Obviously we are aware it does not give any protection against other STDs.
