here in thee uk there're two types of indian (i'll include pakistani, bengali, and south asian in general). there's the 'anglicised' ones who're likely born and raised here (myself), and there're the 'traditional' ones who're likely recent migrants or simply have lived lives here without engaging much in western society and culture.

the 'traditional' ones don't seem to spark much interest from men generally. i think they just seem too 'foreign' for any meaningful relationship, let alone sexual one to develop. the 'anglicised' or 'westernised' ones are very popular and get approached all the time by black/white/whatever type of men.

As I have said many times, I know that over there, although attitudes are loosening up, it is still very taboo for asian ladies to be with black guys. In some countries (like japan) it is very taboo for them to go with any gaijin (foreigner). I hope I spelled that right.
Add to that the fact there is always a "red-light district" in every country and word filters out of these districts about how girls are treated by various nationalities/ethnicities. Unfortunately, black guys (at least in the Philippines) very much have reputations as being abusers and/or playas who are not serious about relationships.
I know everyone is an individual, but if you get enough of that kind of guy, you think the whole race or nationality is that way.

there is very much a culture of racism ingrained in south asian culture, certainly one which favours light skinned over dark skinned. racism against black people is very much normalised. this is moreso with the previous generation of migrants (ie the traditional ones) than with the ones born/raised in the UK. but even with the 2nd and third generation migrants, the demonisation and stereotyping of black people is rife. sometimes this is based on legitimate perceptions of 'norms' in black communities but mostly its just your average xenophobia. what it means is that whilst there's a lot of stigma attached to dating a black guy there's also a lot of curiosity and interest about what black guys are like to date and whether they all do indeed have huge cocks.

what's weird is when you see black men playing up to these negative stereotypes - as if it's a personality type they're supposed to adhere to. i know a few black men now. some that i became friends with as work colleagues. others from when i started seeing other men. almost all them play up the the gangsta/hood/thug stereotype, even when i know they were raised in an affluent part of London and the closest they ever got to guns or ******* or biatches is watching rap videos. i don't know if they think it'll impress me, or they think it's cool, or they do it to fit expectations, or that it's just the norm among their friends.
