Again, how does Portugal measure up economically in EU?
Of all of the EU countries, who has a worse economy - perennially? Maybe Greece.
How often has that country gone into recession in the last 15 years alone? Do you know?
It's a wonderful place to visit, but if you want to invest your hard earned dollars in an EU country, almost every other one is doing and has been doing better.
