If we are talking distance, then phone conversation either voice or via text would be required. Skype or phone verify are the best ways. In order to make something happen, there has to be a few things to come together.

1.) Willingness by all participants
2.) Relative geographic proximity (although there are other people who'd get on a plane to do it)

To be completely honest and to keep this short, simple and to the point most of the couples and women I have met are looking to live out a fantasy.
