How do you post video?

I have tried to upload a couple short videos that I made and can't do it. Can anyone tell me how they have posted private/personal video?

Or you can upload in here by going to the "Home" button top of this page and then go into "videos" on the left, then "upload video" in that page! we have loaded a few that way x
