Experience with kik?

I just got on and I know it's a popular tool people use to chat and meet. Have any of you had experience with it? What's the best way to utilize it?

I'm very new to it seems to use up a lot of power on my phone

I've got two online subs on kik. One from US and one from the UK. We mainly use it to communicate, trade pic and vids as well as me setting them tasks thoughout the week.
