If it's not what YOU want or how you wanted things to turn out, then yes, it's too much.
There is no "normal" in a cuckold relationship because not all relationships, cuckold or otherwise, are the same. You and your partner set the parameters. If being denied sex isn't what you signed up for, then the two of you need to talk and possibly redefine the parameters.
