Children should NEVER be brought into this world as the result of someone's sexual fantasies or as the object of the fantasy themselves.

People should only have children because they truly desire to have a baby and want to raise a baby and give it a loving, nurturing home.

If a couple really wants a baby but are unable to have their own baby due to the husband being impotent and they truly wish for the wife to become pregnant and be the natural mom, then having her use a surrogate sire is desirable. However, the choice of the sperm donor should not be taken lightly and be just the byproduct of a night's sexual fling, most especially not the result of a "Gang Bang" as some have suggested.

The couple needs to know the prospective sire's medical histories (both personal and family) so they know of any possible genetic conditions or potential for disease. Many families that have used sperm donors and adoptive parents have gone through nightmares trying to care for their children that have become afflicted with medical conditions that they haven't a clue about because they don't have the biological *******'s medical histories.

Then they need to determine what role, if any, the sire will take in the baby's life. Will he be "uncle so and so". Will they tell the baby the truth, if the baby is bi-racial this question IS going to come up.
