In an ideal world, the choice would lie with the female as she has, in my opinion, more to lose (pregnancy, disease) than the guy does (disease) because as we have all seen, there are plenty of deadbeats that knock women up and have nothing to do with her or the baby after the fact. Anytime a person is faced with a potential liability issue they need to be responsible for their own action. If you have a job or a career paying baby support for 18 years and possibly more can put a serious crimp on a person's lifestyle.

Well if you have babies for the money, then you're working for it. Raising a baby is not easy and women should only have babies because they want them. Having a black baby is a joy and an honor.
