I'd actually say the most popular Is Philly which is missing from your poll. We are on sls and the amount of interracial parties in that city are ridiculous!

I think this kind of question is one that can either be approached by "opinion" which there seems to be an enormous amount of on this website, OR, it can be approached more scientifically with various data & statistical samplings.
And, is the sampling just limited to the above mentioned cities or should all cities be considered?
Personally, I think finding a nice city with a couple "women only" colleges as a target of opportunity for the more sophisticated black males. Examples:
Wellesley College in NY (Hillary Clinton & Madeleine Albright)
Simmons College in Boston
Meredith College
Cedar Crest College
Seems a man could find a lot of horny women around there.
Also do samplings based on mixed race marriages and births, ect ... the imagination is limitless.
