There are various reasons why people choose to stay with their race or particular race.. It all depends on comfort zones, trust, rapport, biased attitude due to media or upbringing, cultural constraints, perceptions and myths about community, ability to go against society norms so on and so forth so in short we can't just judge people and label them as a racist etc..
