So what's up with people from the site taking another members picture and using it on other sites in their profile? Way to ruin a good thing.

So whats the deal with members posting other peoples videos from other sites ( like AFF) and even some members from here posting other members videos? Should people be upset or once you post online you know it's going to be shared by someone else?
