Hi, I'm Nancy, 35 years old. My husband, Tommy, is also 35. We are both doctors, pathologist and cardiologist, respectively.

I will probably go into more detail in a forum post, but basically our lives changed when we began to feel "white guilt". That awareness led us to a black man skilled in "re-educating" (training) white couples with regard to their relationships with black people. In January 2019 we had the first of our weekly sessions. We have learned to admit the faults in our pre-training lives. We have learned our true place in society. We continue in small but significant ways to make amends for our racial sins.

In recent weeks, protests related to George Floyd's death and other mistreatment of black people have reinforced our desire to serve as best we can.
