Had a gangbang set up for last Friday(9/8). Out of the 9 guys we invited, only 2 showed up. Not even at the same time. If anyone can give some tips on setting up a gangbang, I'm all ears(DM)
Sorry to hear that happened, but GBs are notoriously difficult to setup and often unreliable
Our best experience was finding an established "GB group" or "GB club" of guys that regularly setup and host parties. They often have a reliable process in place for scheduling the event and managing the attendees. We'd recommend posting here and on other forums/sites asking if there are any established GB groups in your area or nearby. It took us several years to find one here in central NC, and it disbanded within about a year, so they also are somewhat ephemeral. But there is a new one starting in Charlotte by our own @cltblackdick45 that hopefully we'll have a chance to check out one day
From a reliability, consistency, quality, and safety perspective; finding an established group of guys with experience is probably the best option versus trying to manage an ad-hoc group of guys that probably never GB''d before.
