Very first and it was massive lol actually a couple days later I had to go to the hospital for stomach issues and the doctor told me I had a torn abdomen !

Yes a big dick can cause stomach problem after play, particularly if things haven't been "moved" around before....lol..
I have been told by a few friends I played with the had some "growing" pains after we were together. It does get better with time and play doesn't hurt if one is careful, particularly in the legs around ears position like in my avatar.
